What is a QBO Consultation?
During a 60 minute Quickbooks Online Consultation, you can ask questions regarding your account and any issues you may be having. We will be on a Zoom call which is recorded so that you can go back and review it at any time.
Some common things people ask for help with in a QBO Consultation are:

After the call, we send you an email with a Dropbox folder containing the Zoom recording and any helpful resources that we think would benefit you from the issues we reviewed on the call. Our Quickbooks Online Course is ideal for those who want to manage their finances in house. The course includes:

● Over 3.5 hours of step-by-step videos that walk you through how to understand Quickbooks Online from start to finish.
● Each section is split into bite sized videos, making it easy to follow and watch at your own pace.
● We also include coaching session videos to help you stay on track and motivated.
FREE Resources
● Templates: You have access to FREE downloadable templates that you can use to structure your books properly. We did all the hard work. All you have to do is upload it into QBO and enjoy!
● Resources: We also include cool resources like checklists so you don’t miss a thing when setting up your accounts or closing your books.

● Lifetime Access - You have lifetime access to your course. That means, if we upgrade videos, launch new sections or add more resources, you get it at no additional cost.

Do you work in QuickBooks Desktop?
No. We only use QuickBooks Online, especially since the desktop version is being slowly phased out. We have helped clients migrate from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. If you are interested in switching to QBO, we can assist you with that to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Can you go back and do my books for prior years?
If you have not had your taxes done and need prior years cleaned up, we can do that. We can go back as far as 5 years. We have assisted clients with getting their books in order for tax filings. If you are interested in having your books reconciled for a prior period, reach out to us and we would be happy to help.
